Upstaff Employment Services seeks a Programmer Analyst II for SNB Health Applications. You will support the Provincial Health Application Services team maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing CSDS. The work combines Oracle PL/SQL, Java, SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS across enterprise healthcare applications.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance the Client Service Delivery System
Resolve application incidents, production issues, errors, and service requests
Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures
Maintain Java components and Linux batch jobs
Support releases, testing,



documentation, and application deployments
Requirements: Minimum 15 years of demonstrated IM/IT experience
Minimum 10 years as a Senior Programmer Analyst
Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases
Five years with provincial healthcare applications preferred
Availability December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027
