You will work with senior management, site supervision, subcontractors, and clients. The work covers project planning, contracts, procurement, safety, quality, and closeout.
Key Responsibilities: Manage construction phases from mobilization through closeout
Maintain schedules, work plans, and resource allocations
Monitor budgets, forecasts, variances, and schedule impacts
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, labour, equipment, and materials
Prepare reports, inspections,

Requirements: Eight or more years of construction project management experience
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Experience with scheduling, cost control, contracts, procurement, and subcontractors
Robust construction documentation, analytical, and communication skills
Microsoft Office, project tools, Alberta safety knowledge, and valid license
