Strengthen AIIM’s cybersecurity and IT operations while supporting reliable production systems, employees, and enterprise clients. Executive leadership and technical judgment are central to this mandate.
This Vice President leads information security, infrastructure, compliance, and service delivery for Avant Imaging & Integrated Media ULC. Establish controls for AIIM’s SOC 2 Type II audit and client commitments. Manage identity access, endpoint protection, monitoring, incident response, risk remediation, and the providers supporting technology services.
Key Responsibilities: Lead AIIM’s information-security program and technology control workplace
Maintain audit evidence, address findings, and verify corrective actions
Establish security requirements for systems, integrations, automation, and AI
Resolve significant incidents through restoration, escalation,



and root-cause analysis
Partner with Legal, Privacy, Quality, and business leaders
Requirements: Progressive leadership across IT infrastructure, operations, cybersecurity, or compliance
Experience protecting data and availability affecting clients and operations
Working knowledge of networks, access management, monitoring, backup, and response
Experience meeting SOC 2 or enterprise client security requirements
Ability to explain technical risks and trade-offs clearly
Apply cybersecurity leadership, compliance discipline, and operational judgment to protect AIIM’s services, information, and client commitments.
