As Practice Lead, Payments & Financial Infrastructure, you will build scalable services across payment modernization, billing, marketplaces, and AI-enabled commerce. You will partner with sales, delivery teams, and strategic technology partners to create revenue-generating offerings. The work includes business cases, roadmaps, solution shaping, and senior stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities: Build joint go-to-market strategies with strategic payments partners
Launch scalable payment migration and checkout optimization offerings
Lead executive workshops, assessments, and actionable roadmaps




Develop ROI models using authorization, fraud, and conversion data
Support proposals, RFPs, discovery, and implementation guidance
Requirements: At least five years of payments industry experience
Experience with partnerships, co-selling, and commercial pursuits
Knowledge of authorization, tokenization, fraud, disputes, and reconciliation
Practical Stripe Payments, Connect, or Billing experience
Canada-based and legally eligible to work remotely
