As Vice-President, Business Lead, you will act as an entrepreneur at heart and lead growth across Alberta. You will use Cossette’s national resources to support local clients, while building relationships across Energy, Agriculture, Public Sector, or Tourism. Your remit includes RFP leadership, AI advocacy, and team development.

Collaborate nationally to unlock resources for local markets
Grow business across Western Canada’s priority verticals
Represent Cossette at provincial business hubs and events




Unite multidisciplinary teams around shared growth goals
Requirements: Complex client experience in a multi-expertise agency
Robust pre-existing Alberta corporate and community network
Digital marketing, Martech platform, and AI application fluency
Expertise in Energy, Agriculture, Public Sector, or Tourism
Ability to build long-term community trust
