Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, the Director will influence AgeCare’s employee value proposition. The role oversees compensation, benefits, retirement programs, and related teams. It also supports market analysis, compliance, collective bargaining, reporting, and Workday optimization.
Key Responsibilities: Shape and execute AgeCare’s total rewards strategy
Oversee compensation, benefits, and retirement program administration
Lead Compensation, Perks, and Retirement Plan teams
Analyze workforce data, program performance, and costs




Optimize Workday processes and manage vendor relationships
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience
Broad compensation and group benefits expertise
Knowledge of employment, human rights, and privacy legislation
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office
Lead AgeCare’s compensation, benefits, pension, and total rewards strategy through data-informed enterprise-wide program leadership.
