This Manager, Data Operations role leads engineers and developers on CI Financial’s Data, AI & Analytics team. You will oversee platform health, availability, performance, SLAs, SLOs, operational KPIs, and production controls. Collaboration includes Data Engineering, Analytics, Governance, Security, and Technology teams across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities: Establish SLAs, SLOs, and operational KPIs for data services
Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of analytical workloads
Standardize deployment, rollback, and release management processes
Drive performance tuning,



cost optimization, and capacity planning
Maintain operational runbooks, standards, and documentation
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Seven-plus years in data engineering or platform operations
Two-plus years in leadership or management
Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools
Understanding of data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Apply platform operations leadership, reliability practices, and enterprise governance expertise to CI Financial’s data ecosystem.
