The Transcend Deployment Logistics Manager supports standardized logistics capabilities across SAP S/4HANA and supporting platforms. This people leader partners with global process owners, business stakeholders, deployment teams, and technology organizations. The position coordinates readiness across inventory, warehousing, transportation, distribution, fulfillment, and related logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities: Align business requirements with standardized global solutions
Facilitate fit-gap discussions and deployment decisions
Support inventory, warehouse, transportation, and fulfillment processes




Coordinate master data readiness and data governance
Track dependencies, issues, KPIs, and post-go-live stabilization
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, engineering, or related field
Six or more years of relevant skilled experience
Strong logistics, warehousing, transportation, and inventory understanding
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP platforms
Third-party logistics provider experience
Use ERP deployment, inventory management, and logistics expertise to deliver standardized processes across Johnson & Johnson's global network.
