W3Global is seeking a Production Support Analyst to actively monitor and troubleshoot Akamai-enabled web platforms, cloud environments, and delivery infrastructure. You will work across AWS, Azure, NGINX/Apache stacks, and DNS/SSL configurations to maintain high availability and security.
The role requires 5+ years in enterprise production support, solid incident management skills, and ITIL-aligned processes.
