You will identify legal and business needs while coordinating matters, deadlines, and client communications.
Key Responsibilities: Handle day to day corporate-commercial legal matters
Review and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
Prepare memoranda and other corporate documents
Coordinate internal teams, deadlines, and deliverables
Respond professionally to client inquiries and needs
Requirements: Three to six years practicing corporate law
Experience negotiating diverse commercial agreements
Robust technical legal drafting and research skills
Proficiency with legal research tools and technology
Ability to manage multiple matters independently and collaboratively
Use commercial drafting, issue spotting, and client communication skills to support Pulse Law’s corporate-commercial matters in Kitchener.
