Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture, this director-level role develops target-state architectures, business capability models, and enterprise roadmaps. You will align technology investments with corporate objectives, supporting growth, efficiency, risk reduction, innovation, and customer value. The position requires strategic planning, application portfolio management, and executive communication.
Key Responsibilities: Develop enterprise architecture strategies, processes, and systems capability strategies
Create roadmaps and influence stakeholders toward commitment
Prepare business cases covering costs, impacts, risks, and funding




Set architecture policies, standards, practices, and governance requirements
Lead innovation, modernization, and capability improvement initiatives
Requirements: Post-secondary degree or equivalent education, training, and experience
Fifteen years in progressively advancing Technology or related roles
Ten-plus years in Enterprise Architecture
Significant Application Portfolio Management experience in complex organizations
TOGAF, capability-based planning, and technology strategy expertise
