As a Senior Software Developer on the Platform Engineering Backend team, you will treat the internal platform as a product. Your work will support more than 150 developers through golden paths, tooling, and platform primitives. The team values distributed systems experience, AI-native workflows, and product thinking for internal customers.
Key Responsibilities: Design backend foundations powering the internal developer platform
Build and maintain developer tooling and platform primitives
Lead GraphQL, OpenAPI, event-driven, and CI/CD golden paths




Bring AI-native workflows into daily engineering and platform work
Collaborate with platform and product development teams
Requirements: Five or more years of distributed systems experience
Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, or similar languages
Proficiency designing and evolving GraphQL APIs at scale
Solid AI mindset and cloud infrastructure knowledge
Product mindset for building with internal customers
