This General Manager oversees store performance, Qualified Customer relationships, and daily operations. The position requires automotive systems knowledge, advanced parts lookup, inventory expertise, and financial analysis. You will guide DIY and Professional customer service while maintaining operational and appearance standards.
Key Responsibilities: Achieve store sales goals and service objectives
Grow Professional Customer relationships and sales
Hire, coach, schedule, and develop Team Members
Execute inventory and operational standards




Manage store opening, closing, safety, and floor activities
Requirements: Two to three years managing teams of ten to twenty
Experience managing profitability and business performance
Working knowledge of automotive systems preferred
High school diploma or GED; business degree preferred
Valid driver's license and Microsoft Word and Excel skills
