This Senior Project Manager position leads initiatives from ideation through the end of Phase 0. You will work with multidisciplinary specialists to design solutions before execution teams assume delivery. The position combines autonomy, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across business and IT environments.
Key Responsibilities: Define mandates and prepare multidisciplinary teams for upcoming initiatives
Lead approximately 90-day transformation cycles through Phase 0
Structure the team’s operating model and delivery approach
Mobilize stakeholders around shared visions and common objectives




Communicate project status with governance and portfolio leaders
Requirements: Degree in computer science, business administration, project management, or related field
At least four large-scale strategic projects successfully led
Ability to navigate ambiguity and structure new working methods
Solid analytical, critical-thinking, organizational, and follow-up skills
French excellence and intermediate English for Canadian collaboration
Use artificial intelligence awareness, strategic judgment, and structured delivery expertise to advance process transformation at iA Financial Group.
