At First National, this full time Product Manager owns an AI-assisted underwriting experience within a product squad. The role converts business objectives, exceptions, process steps, and user pain points into sequenced delivery plans. Partnership with the Residential Underwriting Business SME and AI Engineering Lead supports sound policy, product, and technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Develop workflow understanding through observation, interviews, analysis, and feedback
Identify opportunities for automation, decision support, and product improvements
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized delivery increments
Coordinate design, engineering, data, quality, security, risk, UAT,



and release
Lead pilots, parallel runs, rollout, training, and change adoption
Requirements: Six-plus years in product management, delivery, transformation, or related experience
Strong analytical skills using product, process, quality, adoption, and financial data
Strong stakeholder leadership, facilitation, communication, and change management skills
Ability to make decisions when requirements or evidence remain incomplete
Financial services or mortgage lending experience is preferred
Use underwriting, product management, and AI delivery experience to improve mortgage workflows and adoption at First National.
