Key Responsibilities: Serve as strategic contact for 15+ retained brands
Lead client calls and build actionable retention roadmaps
Guide email, SMS, and loyalty planning
Review creative for strategy, accuracy, and brand voice
Analyze performance and oversee A/B testing opportunities
Requirements: Two-plus years in agency strategy, client success, or management
High proficiency with Klaviyo
Robust Shopify and retention marketing understanding
Confidence leading strategy calls and managing deliverables
Experience using data to drive measurable impact
