You will partner with Go-to-Market and Engagement across priority accounts, pilots, rollouts, and escalations. Your leadership will connect delivery to adoption, usage, expansion, and revenue.

Coach performance through direct, evidence-based feedback
Lead selected enterprise engagements and create reusable playbooks




Represent Canadian client patterns and product gaps internally
Requirements: Qualified lawyer licensed or eligible in a Canadian jurisdiction
Substantial legal, legal-operations, or legal-technology experience
Experience building teams, functions, markets, or operating models
Curiosity about generative AI and product platforms
Greater Toronto Area residence and five-day Toronto office availability
