Shape learning strategy at Croesus in Laval through Workday Learning expertise and creative talent development programs. This is a full time position.
Reporting to the Vice President, Talent, Culture and Employee Experience, the Senior Partner structures and evolves talent development practices. You will align skills strategies with business priorities, design digital and AI integrated learning solutions, and advise managers and HR Business Partners. The position supports competency frameworks, learning paths, succession plans, and measurable organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and expand the Croesus Campus as a center of expertise
Develop training catalogs, learning paths, and operational processes
Design digital and AI integrated learning solutions




Oversee Workday Learning configuration and platform optimization
Track KPIs for adoption, learning transfer, and performance
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, or related field
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in learning and talent
Advanced hands on LMS configuration and optimization experience
Instructional design and skills program rollout experience
Professional fluency in French and English
Bring strategic advisory skills, Workday Learning proficiency, and instructional innovation to Croesus talent development in Laval.
