This Product Owner leads strategic mandates involving multiple sectors and significant business impact. You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, specialists, clients, partners, and stakeholders. The work includes positioning, planning, development, performance follow-up, policies, standards, models, programs, diagnostics, and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: Establish product backlogs for significant projects and development activities
Advise clients and partners on strategic mandates
Oversee policies, standards, models, and programs
Analyze problems and recommend business solutions
Represent Desjardins with senior decision-making bodies
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum eight years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Ability to analyze complex business and organizational issues
Ability to engage stakeholders and influence specialists
