ACCU-STAFF seeks a Manager of Supplier Quality for a manufacturing workplace. The position oversees supplier quality processes, supports IATF16949 compliance, and improves supplier performance through audits, scorecards, and development initiatives. It also supports launches and addresses plant and supplier concerns.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain supplier quality systems and procedures
Establish requirements with Purchasing and Materials departments
Monitor supplier quality through KPIs and scorecards
Conduct supplier process and system audits
Drive supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements: Five-plus years in Supplier Quality within manufacturing
Five years of automotive industry experience
Post-secondary education required
Experience with supplier risk assessments and capability evaluations
Knowledge supporting IATF16949 compliance
Apply supplier quality, audit, PPAP, and automotive manufacturing expertise to improve performance in Windsor.
