Key Responsibilities: Guide QA Analysts and manage delivery outputs
Define risk based testing scope with stakeholders
Develop end to end test strategies and scripts
Execute integrated constructive and destructive testing
Oversee test summaries, defect reports, and sign offs
Requirements: 10–15+ years of hands on SAP ERP experience
5+ years delivering SAP projects
2+ years of SAP upgrade testing experience
Knowledge of FUT, SIT, regression, UAT, and smoke testing
Solid communication, documentation, analytical, and mentoring skills
