Key Responsibilities: Adapt strategies supporting effective Distribution Center operations
Coach Warehouse Managers on operational practices
Collaborate on priorities and improvement opportunities
Support investment business case preparation
Develop returns policies and management plans
Requirements: Five years of Distribution Center management experience
Large-scale operation budgeting experience
Demonstrated gross profit management success
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and WMS
Automotive aftermarket experience is an asset
Use warehouse leadership, operational strategy, coaching, and financial understanding to strengthen UAP Distribution Center performance.
