As a Senior Software Developer on the ERP team, you will own complex features and technical initiatives across business management applications. You will translate requirements into scalable solutions with product managers and engineers. The work spans backend services, user interfaces, databases, and production reliability.
Key Responsibilities: Own complex ERP features and technical initiatives
Design backend services, APIs, data models, and UI functionality
Protect relational data integrity and database performance
Lead incident fixes and improve production monitoring
Mentor developers through reviews,



testing, and technical guidance
Requirements: Five or more years developing production software systems
Solid computer science fundamentals and software development experience
Strong data modeling and relational database skills
Backend and API experience with sufficient frontend ownership
Guidance, communication, initiative, and delivery skills
