The Senior Business Intelligence Specialist works with SSRU and Ryan Specialty Canada stakeholders across underwriting, operations, finance, claims, and executive leadership. You will aggregate, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources while translating requirements into technical solutions. The position supports forecasting, governance, quality controls, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Aggregate, transform, and analyze complex data from multiple sources
Translate business reporting requirements into technical solutions
Develop KPIs and metrics showing business performance




Validate reporting outputs and maintain data accuracy
Support forecasting, trend analysis, and strategic planning
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or related discipline
Eight or more years of relevant analytics experience
Robust understanding of business processes and requirements
Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
PL-300 preferred; CBIP considered an asset
