This executive role supports an operating partnership and succession pathway within an established real estate investment and development firm. You will oversee a cash-flowing residential portfolio while directing a major multi-residential pipeline. Responsibilities combine operational leadership, project delivery, budget management, and regional value creation.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee full operational P&L; and service delivery across residential assets
Manage infrastructure, maintenance, compliance, facilities contracts, and environmental standards
Direct contractors, capital expenditure planning, and annual operating budgets
Lead teams and site trades toward performance and efficiency




Transition progressively into full operating leadership and enterprise ownership
Requirements: Engineering degree in civil, structural, mechanical, or building engineering
Ten to fifteen-plus years leading construction, development, or asset operations
Hands-on experience with builds, renovations, or technical site operations
Financial fluency managing pro-formas, budgets, risk, and return
Self-made, high-grit mindset valuing autonomy, equity, and enterprise value
