Juniper Square is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to guide Treasury platform engineering. You will combine backend services, full-stack delivery, AI fluency, and technical mentorship. The team expands bank integrations, reporting, visualization, and vendor exports for treasury data and payments.
Key Responsibilities: Set technical direction and own architecture from design through production
Write production code across frontend and backend systems
Lead migration from monolith toward service-oriented architecture
Build AI-assisted workflows with human-in-the-loop safeguards
Monitor, diagnose,



and resolve production service issues
Requirements: 12+ years in backend or full-stack software engineering
Deep expertise in Python, Node/TS, Java, C++, or C#
Production experience with React, databases, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
Experience with CI/CD, observability, reliability, and infrastructure as code
Hands-on AI-native development experience and a bachelor's degree
Lead Treasury engineering through production code, scalable architecture, AI fluency, and solid technical decision-making at Juniper Square.
