Overview The Hygienist supports patients’ oral health through attentive, clear communication and organized care. This role combines patient interaction, accurate documentation, and coordination with the dental team to help visits run smoothly and patients feel informed. Responsibilities
- Provide hygienist services in a patient-focused manner, explaining care and next steps in accessible language.
- Maintain accurate patient records and use dental office systems, including Dentrix where applicable.
- Coordinate with dental colleagues to support consistent care for patients across age groups and needs.
- Apply relevant dental terminology and customer service skills when communicating with patients and the team. Your impact:



Explicit explanations and reliable records help patients understand their care and colleagues coordinate follow-up. Experience Required: Practical communication, patient service, accurate recordkeeping, and familiarity with dental terminology support effective daily duties. Preferred: Dental office experience, Dentrix, dental assisting, orthodontics, pediatrics, and bilingual communication can strengthen patient interactions and team coordination. Related experience supporting patients in a dental setting is helpful. Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
