THE POSITION: The OSTEN & VICTOR Alberta Tennis Centre is looking for customer service-oriented and friendly Cafe Service Attendant(s) to work at the upstairs cafe. The Cafe Services Attendants will ensure that all members and guests experience exceptional customer service, and anticipate and fulfill customer needs through high-quality service and customer engagement. KEY POSITION COMPETENCIES: The café services attendant possess the following

- Able to multi-task without losing productivity
- Comfortable interacting with individuals of all professional levels
- Be able to effectively resolve minor disputes when necessary

- Able to report or communicate with management and supervisor
- Work with minimum supervision CAFÉ DUTIES: The

key responsibilities
of the position include but are not limited to:
- Required to have a ProServe certification in order to serve alcohol
- Make/serve all of the hot & cold beverages on the menu




- Make/serve all of the food items on the menu
- Cash-in/cash-out duties before and at the end of each shift
- Set-up/take-down of the cafe kitchen including cleaning tasks
- Greet and serve all customers with top customer service skills
- Be able to lift up to 20 lbs for weekly deliveries *Coffee Barista and cash experience considered an asset AVAILABILITY: We are currently looking for someone who has flexible availability on weekday evenings and full availability on the weekends.
