- Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with one-hour tutoring sessions scheduled between 7:00–8:00 p.m. or 8:00–9:00 p.m. The online tutor will typically work 3–5 sessions per week, depending on students’ English proficiency levels and individual learning needs. UTPA will arrange and add more trainings based on student needs.

- Provide online English tutoring to UTPA students to improve their overall English proficiency.
- Help students develop all four English language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Assess students’ English proficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver engaging, personalized lessons based on students’ individual needs and learning levels to improve their grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading comprehension, and written communication.
- Provide conversational English practice to help students communicate more naturally and confidently.
- Support students in developing academic English skills, including reading academic texts, organizing ideas, and writing clear, well-structured responses.
- Provide constructive feedback, practical learning strategies, and guidance to help students make consistent progress.




- Monitor student performance and adjust lesson plans and teaching approaches as needed.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and supportive online learning environment. Qualifications
- Strong English proficiency with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Education, English Language, English Literature, Linguistics, TESOL/TESL, or a related field is preferred.
- TESOL, TESL, TEFL certification, or equivalent training in English language teaching is an asset.
- Previous experience in English tutoring, ESL teaching, or working with international students is preferred.
- Knowledge of effective teaching strategies for developing listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to explain English grammar and language concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to different proficiency levels.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Patient, responsible, approachable, and able to motivate students.
- Comfortable delivering lessons and providing feedback through online platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable setting for remote teaching.
- University students, new graduates, and candidates with relevant English proficiency or tutoring experience are welcome to apply.
