Nestled in the heart of Regent Park, Café ZUZU Pizzeria is the neighbourhood spot where everyone feels like famiglia. By day, ZUZU hums with coffee, conversation, and the smell of fresh-baked pan pizza. By night, our dining room transforms – 16” pies, Nonna-style cooking that doesn’t hold back on the sauce, flowing wine, and that signature warmth only Nonna can teach. Café ZUZU Pizzeria is open Wednesday-Friday 4-10pm, and Saturday-Sunday 11am-10pm. We are looking to fill our Wednesday & Thursday evening shift with the potential of covering vacation leave. The Role The Dishwasher will have the ability to keep their station clean and organized while maintaining Café ZUZU standards. Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Washing plateware, utensils and cooking equipment
- Performing opening, closing and cleaning duties
- Help to put away deliveries and minor prep tasks
- Follow all operating procedures and identify and correct any organizational problems that impact the effectiveness of the operation
- Ensure that all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are adhered to and correct any deficiencies
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required Who You Are The right person for this role has strong organizational skills, excellent communication and an eye for details. Able to work independently and eager to engage with other team members. Chooses to be positive.



Preference will be given to candidates with:
- High volume experience
- Time management skills
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
