- Starting Pay: $16.35 / hour
- Pay Progression: Compensation starts at $16.35/hr. Once you’ve mastered the core cashier and store duties, your pay will increase as you take on additional Store Lead responsibilities and your task load grows. Starting pay once Store Lead duties take effect is $18.00/hr

- Perks: Employee store discount The Role We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Store Lead to join our team in Gander. In this role, you’ll oversee shift operations, keep the sales floor running smoothly, and make sure daily tasks get done. You’ll act as the main link between the floor and leadership. You’ll supervise shift flow, keep an eye on day-to-day activity, and report operational, staff, facility, or customer issues directly to the Owner or Operations Manager so management can handle them.

Key Responsibilities
Staff Supervision & Reporting
- Keep an eye on shift operations, making sure team members complete their daily tasks on time.
- Track shift performance and attendance, passing updates or concerns along to management.
- Submit brief weekly reports covering task completion, shift performance,



and general floor updates. Scheduling & Shift Management
- Build and manage employee schedules to ensure proper store coverage.
- Coordinate shift handoffs and assign daily duties so the floor runs smoothly. Cash Handling
- Prepare, record, and secure cash deposits following standard procedures.
- Keep an eye on cash flow and flag any discrepancies for management right away. Customer Service & Product Guidance
- Warmly welcome shoppers, answer questions, and recommend products based on what they're looking for.
- Walk customers through vaping devices, accessories, e-liquids, and basic device care.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to store policy, escalating tough complaints to management.
- Strictly enforce age verification checks in line with legal requirements. Inventory & Store Maintenance
- Receive shipments, keep stock organized, and ensure shelves are full and tidy.
- Perform regular stock checks to keep inventory counts accurate.
- Report low stock or damaged shipments directly to management.
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming shop environment.
