You should be comfortable troubleshooting problems, completing smaller repairs independently and communicating professionally with homeowners and our construction team. What You Will Do
- Patch drywall, including taping, mudding and sanding, and complete small paint touch-ups.
- Adjust doors, locks, hinges and latches, and install or repair baseboards and trim.
- Complete basic plumbing repairs, including replacing faucets, toilets and water supply lines.
- Investigate water leaks, moisture concerns and potential sources of water intrusion.
- Inspect windows, siding, exterior trim and sealants, and complete minor repairs.
- Carry out initial electrical and furnace troubleshooting, including basic no-heat checks.
- Complete electrical or furnace component repairs only where appropriately qualified and authorized, and coordinate specialized trade support when needed.
- Document completed repairs, communicate outstanding issues and leave work areas clean. What You Bring
- Previous experience in residential maintenance, renovations,



construction repairs or handyman work.
- Hands-on skills in drywall, painting, finishing and basic plumbing.
- Familiarity with common residential electrical, heating and moisture concerns.
- Good judgment to recognize when a repair requires a qualified trade.
- Attention to detail and the ability to organize and complete daily tasks independently.
- A professional and respectful approach when working in customers’ homes.
- A valid driver’s licence and ability to travel between properties. Additional Assets
- Experience investigating attic rain, condensation or roof leaks.
- Experience completing minor polyethylene vapour barrier repairs.
- Ability to replace individual flooring planks or tiles.
- Residential warranty service or construction deficiency experience.
