Key Responsibilities

- Staffing & Scheduling: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for all Cambridge staff. Build and adjust weekly schedules to align with store traffic and labor goals.
- Customer

Experience:
Ensure team members provide quick, friendly, and consistent service to every customer.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee store setup, cleanliness, food safety compliance, and equipment maintenance.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier orders,



and minimize food waste/shrinkage.
- Team Development: Conduct performance check-ins, encourage staff development, and maintain team morale. Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in retail, QSR, hospitality, or smoothie/juice bars.
- Demonstrated skill in creating staff schedules and recruiting team members.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
