Job Overview As a Barista / Team Member – Blend Bar, prepare and serve food and beverages while creating a welcoming, productive customer experience. Use POS systems to process orders and payments, keep service areas organized, and work collaboratively with the team during busy periods. - Welcome customers, answer questions, take orders, and provide friendly customer service.
- Prepare beverages and food, serve orders, and follow food handling and food safety practices.
- Operate POS or Micros POS systems, cashier accurately, and manage cash and other payments.
- Maintain a clean,



organized work area and coordinate with colleagues to support timely food service. Experience Required: Practical customer service, basic math, time management, and careful food preparation and handling skills support accurate orders, safe service, and smooth teamwork. Preferred: Barista experience, food industry or food service experience, serving, cashiering, familiarity with POS or Micros POS, and confidence with cash handling and math are useful strengths for contributing across Blend Bar operations. Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour Work
