Job Overview Kaisei Sushi is looking for friendly, reliable, responsible, and hardworking individuals to join our team. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are very important to us. We are a small Japanese restaurant where teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude are essential. This is not a serving-only position. Our team members help with various daily restaurant operations, including customer service, phone orders, takeout packaging, cleaning, dishwashing, and basic kitchen assistance. We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. We welcome first-time employees and students who are eager to learn and willing to take responsibility for their work. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Take dine-in, takeout, and phone orders accurately.
- Operate our Clover POS system and process payments.
- Prepare and package takeout and delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with menu questions.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and sushi bar staff.
- Wash dishes and maintain clean, organized work areas.
- Clean tables, counters, floors, and other restaurant areas.
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Help with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks after appropriate training.




- Manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Work independently when necessary after completing training.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Handle customer concerns politely and professionally.
- Stay productive during quieter periods by helping with cleaning, organizing, and other necessary tasks. Qualifications & Skills
