About Us
Rooney Lab Corp. is a growing Canadian business specializing in chemical products, packaging, and contract manufacturing. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to assist with production, packaging, shipping, and general laboratory operations at our Smiths Falls facility. Responsibilities
- Fill, cap, label, and package liquid and gel products.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Assist with filling and labelling equipment.
- Prepare and carefully package customer orders for shipping.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
- Assist with inventory, receiving, and organizing supplies.
- Follow established safety, hygiene, and production procedures.
- Perform general production and warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and attentive to detail.
- Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive tasks.
- Able to follow instructions and work independently.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling boxes and supplies.
- Previous packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is an asset. No formal laboratory education required. Full training provided. Employees must follow strict hygiene and product-handling procedures to prevent contamination of products, materials, and packaging.



Initial Training & Assessment The successful candidate will complete an initial 1–2 week paid training and performance assessment, during which reliability, attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and overall suitability will be evaluated.
