Job Summary Living Health, Steveston (Richmond, BC) Flexible Opportunity: Contractor or Employee *55–65% fee split or $45–$60 dollars per hour
* Come and do the clinical work — we handle everything else. Living Health is a physician-led clinic that has served Steveston for 16 years. Our long-time physiotherapist retired this year. You'll work alongside our family physicians and nurse practitioner, with direct referrals and collaborative shared care. We're flexible on hours and welcome both experienced physios and new grads. About Living Health For 16 years, Living Health has been a multidisciplinary family medicine practice in the heart of Steveston; family medicine, physiotherapy, psychology, nutrition services, gerontology, and medical aesthetics all cooperating under the same roof. Our approach is simple: eat well, sleep well, exercise regularly, manage your stress well— and get the right support when you need it. We believe that good health is about more than treating symptoms. It's about helping people move better, feel stronger, maintain their independence and enjoy a better quality of life. Our commitment to wellness extends beyond our clinic and out into the community. We also founded Steveston Social, a nonprofit that helps local seniors stay active, connected and well. We are excited to welcome a passionate, patient-focused Physiotherapist to our growing team — someone who shares our passion for maximizing the health of each individual patient and the community where we live.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess, diagnose and treat patients with injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical needs and age-related mobility challenges
- Develop custom plans that optimize movement, strength and function for extending patient health spans
- Build evidence-informed treatment plans using active rehabilitation, exercise prescription, manual therapy and education, in line with your own clinical approach
- Work directly with our physicians on shared patients,

with patient consent — two-way referrals and quick case discussions
- Keep clear, timely clinical records in Jane
- Build positive relationships with patients and contribute to a welcoming, collaborative clinic environment.
- Help shape and grow the physiotherapy service, including programs for healthy aging through Steveston Social

What we offer

- Pay: 55–65% fee split as a contractor, or 45–60 dollars per hour as an employee, based on experience
- Paid for every treatment you deliver: If an insurer doesn't pay, we cover it. If a patient no-shows, we pay you a no-show fee.
- Zero admin: Our team handles all booking, scheduling, billing, insurer direct billing and collections. You treat patients; we do the rest.
- Jane: We run on Jane for scheduling, online booking, charting and billing.
- Patients waiting: Our previous physiotherapist retired this year leaving existing demand.
- We've provided active rehabilitation for 16 years, and you'll have a dedicated 700 sq ft physio gym and a private treatment room.
- Room to grow: We don't currently have passive modality equipment. If you want to build that side of the practice, we're open to investing in it with your commitment.
- Appointments: Currently 1-hour sessions — unhurried time with each patient. Other lengths are available if you prefer.
- Schedule: Part-time or full-time hours available; the clinic runs 6-days per week with some evenings. Who We are Looking For Required
