Paterson Grain in Morris, MB is seeking a hands-on Facility Assistant 3 to handle grain receiving, storage, blending and loading. The role requires lifting up to 25 kg, working outdoors in dusty conditions and on heights, with a focus on safety and grain quality. You will support operations, monitor grain conditions, operate the Stockdales system, and back up the Facility Manager as needed.
