Draft, review, and negotiate mining-related commercial agreements Handle joint ventures, NSR royalty,



and offtake agreements Support small-scale North American M&A; transactions Provide legal support for corporate and securities matters Manage matters independently with minimal supervision Requirements:

Meaningful in-house legal experience with a mining company Hands-on experience with mining transactions and commercial arrangements Experience supporting M&A;, joint venture, royalty, or offtake matters Familiarity with public-company and securities matters Licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction Apply mining-sector counsel experience to M&A;, commercial agreements, securities matters, and independently managed transactions through Axiom.
