Operational Maintenance Manager Niagara Falls, Ontario | On-Site | Full-Time | Direct Hire A large, unionized chemical manufacturing site is seeking an experienced Operational Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and drive improvements across HSE, reliability, productivity, and manufacturing excellence. This role is a key member of the site leadership team and reports directly to the Site Director.

What you'll do

Lead and develop the operational maintenance organization Own site maintenance performance: safety, quality, cost, uptime, and reliability Manage reactive, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs Drive LEAN, continuous improvement, and zero-defect initiatives Oversee MRO strategy, critical spares,



and storehouse inventory Lead within a unionized workforce and partner cross-functionally with reliability, operations, and shutdown teams What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Engineering 10 years of maintenance, engineering, and leadership experience Chemical or process manufacturing background strongly preferred Proven union leadership experience Strong communicator with a hands-on, results-driven leadership style What's offered Market-competitive salary and full benefits Generous parental leave Ongoing training and development Wellness and employee support programs
