In this chance, you will play a key role in supporting customers with accounts under 60 days delinquent by helping them find solutions and maintain their accounts in good standing. In this first-party collections role, you’ll communicate with customers by phone and email, arrange payments, update account information, and ensure timely follow-up. Reporting to the Manager, Debt Recovery, other highlights include:Communicating with customers using email and phone calls.Sending and receiving various documents to update accounts.Finding solutions and arranging payment(s).Meeting call and collection targets on a weekly basis.Completing skip tracing tasks as needed.Communicating with clients on updates with accounts.Requirements1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience is an asset, but not requiredBilingualism in French and English is an assetStrong communication skills,
