About Templemont Gardens

Templemont Gardens is a supportive living community operated by Trinity Place Foundation of Alberta in partnership with Assisted Living Alberta and Recovery Alberta. We provide Supportive Living Level 4 (SL4) continuing care services to adults aged 18 and older who may live with mental health and/or substance use disorders and may have experienced homelessness or housing instability.

Our residents often have complex physical, mental health,

behavioural and social needs and may not have found success in more traditional continuing care settings. At Templemont Gardens, we believe every person deserves dignity, safety, stability and the opportunity to experience a better quality of life.

Our program follows a harm reduction philosophy, supporting residents to reduce risks associated with alcohol use, substance use and unsafe smoking practices through individualized supports, including managed alcohol programming where appropriate.

We are looking for people who are passionate about working with individuals whose lives and experiences may be complex. Success in this environment requires compassion, resilience, sound judgment, strong professional boundaries and a commitment to respectful, person-centred care. For the right person, this is an opportunity to do meaningful work and make a real difference in the lives of people who are often underserved.
