We are a busy, well-established Allergy and Immunology clinic in Oakville, Ontario, seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our practice on a flexible, percentage-based arrangement.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dietitian looking to build or expand their private practice without the administrative burden of running one independently.

Our clinic serves a large pediatric and adult patient population with food allergies, food intolerances, eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), FPIES, and other allergy-related conditions. Located in Oakville, we serve a community where many patients have access to extended health insurance benefits that may cover dietitian services.

Your Role





- Provide individualized nutrition consultations for patients ranging from infants and children to adults.
- Support patients managing food allergies, EoE, FPIES, food intolerances, and dietary restrictions.
- Develop personalized nutrition plans and provide follow-up care.
- Educate patients and families on allergen avoidance, food labeling, nutritional adequacy, and safe food substitutions.
- Collaborate with our medical team as appropriate.
- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

- Registered Dietitian (RD) in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Experience or strong interest in allergy-related nutrition, food intolerances, and gastrointestinal conditions.
- Experience working with both pediatric and adult patients is a solid asset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Compensation & Schedule

- Position: Independent Contractor
- Compensation: Competitive percentage split of consultation fees.
- Location: Primarily virtual, with optional in-person consultations in Oakville.
- Schedule: Flexible, based on mutual availability.
- Administrative Support: Fully provided by our clinic.
