Enverta Digital, part of Havas CX Canada, is looking for a technically confident leader to strengthen delivery across development, campaign management, platform implementations and platform and data integrations.You will lead an eight-person team spanning development, campaign management and platform consulting, helping enterprise clients connect customer data with effective engagement through Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Salesforce Data Cloud.The role will also support delivery across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (CIJ). Experience with these platforms is welcomed as an asset, with Salesforce remaining the primary focus.Reporting to the SVP, Technology Strategy & Delivery, and working closely with the Head of Architecture, you will guide day-to-day execution, develop team capabilities and help ensure client solutions are delivered with quality and consistency.Your primary focus will be leadership and technical oversight, with hands‑on involvement when needed to review work, resolve complex issues and support the team.
