As WELLSTAR’s Senior Data Migration Specialist, you will guide complex conversions across OSCAR Pro and Juno. You will work through extraction, transformation, mapping, validation, final loads, issue resolution, and go-live readiness. The role partners with vendors, clinic administrators, physicians, and technical customer contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex EMR conversions for enterprise healthcare organizations
- Design scripts, tools, and reusable migration approaches
- Develop mapping, validation, cutover, and documentation standards
- Resolve migration risks affecting accuracy and readiness




- Mentor specialists and improve migration performance

Requirements:

- Strong EMR, EHR, or healthcare data migration experience
- Strong SQL skills and back-end data understanding
- Experience with extraction, transformation, mapping, and validation
- Transparent communication with healthcare and technical stakeholders
- Sound judgment handling sensitive regulated information
