Valid driver’s license and working vehicle required. Duties The Peer2Peer Outreach Support Worker supports participants in accessing Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT) medications and related health services by drawing on lived and living experience with substance use and recovery. The role contributes to participant well-being by assisting with appointments, providing harm reduction information, offering peer advocacy, and collaborating with care teams to reduce barriers and encourage recovery pathways.
