Lead finance program development for Brandt’s manufactured products from Regina, using equipment finance expertise and robust communication skills. Occasional North American travel is required.

As Manager of Program Development, you will guide internal and external finance programs across Brandt’s manufactured product lines. The work involves collaborating with sales executives, Brandt Finance, and strategic teams. You will also monitor competitive intelligence and support sales and market share goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead finance program development for manufactured product lines
- Provide guidance on opportunities and competitive pressures
- Identify strategic opportunities with finance and sales teams

- Monitor competitive intelligence across the marketplace

Requirements:

- Five plus years of direct equipment finance experience
- Progressively senior management experience in equipment finance
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Post secondary business or finance degree considered an asset
- Prior Brandt group experience considered an asset
