Lead teaching and learning innovation at Mohawk College’s Fennell campus, guiding curriculum development, educator development, and learning technologies.

Reporting to the Dean, Academic Development, Quality, and Excellence, the Associate Dean provides people, financial, and strategic leadership. The role oversees curriculum and program development, educator development, quality assurance, and Learning Management System support.

You will collaborate across Academic Development, Faculties, CIRKL, Information Technology, and other partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide people, financial, and strategic leadership across multiple teams
- Oversee curriculum and program development activities
- Lead educator development programs and services
- Support comprehensive program review and quality assurance




- Guide learning technologies and Learning Management System support

Requirements:

- Master’s degree with several years of teaching experience
- Leadership, management, administration, preferably within the college system
- Experience building trust across teams and aligned partners
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of UDL, Indigenous education, EDI, and educational technology
