#1 Best of the City seven (8) times, Emerald Day Spa (www.emeralddayspa.ca) is seeking a highly organized Spa Receptionist (Spa Therapist not a essential) to join our award-winning team. As the first point of contact for our guests, this role is essential in delivering the elevated, seamless experience we are known for.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and takes pride in creating a calm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome and guide clients through their spa experience with warmth and professionalism
- Manage bookings, scheduling, and client flow using our online system
- Confidently recommend services, packages, and skincare products
- Support retail through product education and thoughtful client conversations
- Maintain a pristine, organized reception area aligned with our cleanliness standards
- Process transactions accurately (POS, payments, gift cards)
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Answer calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency and care
- Collaborate closely with our team to ensure exceptional client experiences

What We’re Looking For

- Previous customer service experience (spa, salon, or hospitality preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional, clear, and confident communication
- Comfort with technology and booking/POS systems




- A genuine interest in skincare, wellness, and client care
- A high standard for cleanliness, presentation, and detail
