About the Role

We are seeking a licensed and experienced 309A Electrician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a dedicated individual with commercial and industrial service experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and high-quality work. Responsibilities include electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot:
- Wiring systems (interior/exterior)
- Transformers and switching equipment
- Relays and lighting systems (up to 600V, including polyphase circuits)
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Organize daily work orders and required materials
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Safely operate hand/power tools and aerial devices
- Provide support to apprentices when needed
- Follow all workplace safety and compliance regulations

Must-Have Qualifications

- Valid 309A Certificate of Qualification (Electrician – Construction and Maintenance)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial service




- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle use)
- Familiarity with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Ability to read technical plans and maintain accurate work records

Preferred Attributes

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Comfortable working in various environments (heights, confined spaces, outdoors)
- Experience with lifts or aerial work platforms (training provided if needed)
- Skilled interaction with clients, vendors, and team members
